Providing the organizational growth pattern of Faraja employees with emphasis on people's satisfaction

Abstract :
The growth of employees, as a key factor in improving organizational performance, has a central role in the activities of police officers and their correct role in assigned missions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a model of employee growth in the level of people's satisfaction in the executive units of the General Police Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Faraja).In this regard, To achieve the goals of this research, a descriptive-survey method has been used. For this purpose, by reviewing the literature of the growth field and forming an elite panel of experts, the basic components affecting organizational growth and its effect on people's satisfaction have been extracted and validated.
Then, through questionnaire design and research data collection with a sample size of 270 people, the conceptual model of the research was evaluated and confirmed. Questionnaires after being verified by experts were distributed among 270 clients to police departments. Finally, the factor load of the effect of police growth on internal and external organizational factors that are part of people's satisfaction by considering the mediating variable of police characteristics was higher than 0.6, and as a result, it was found that police growth has an effect on people's satisfaction by considering the mediating variable of police characteristics
