Abstract :

In this article the writer first reviews the importance of information andcommunication technology in training and its role in countries’ decisionmaking, and categorizes them based on the level of availability and use ofthis technology. Afterwards, divides the necessary skills for the twenty firstcentury and the role of the information and communication technology skillin it, and discusses its effect on communicational, informational andaccounting skills, and on controlling individual and competitive, social andcontributory, band, wok and training behavior. It also reviews the role ofthese skills and behaviors in cultural development and permanentdevelopment of Iran. This research shows that the entrance of informationtechnology can create a powerful learning environment, challenge therestrictions of books and instructors, provide an atmosphere of unanimity,affect student’s attitudes toward the investigation, create a powerful fieldfor investigational activities, and lead to the flourish of the mind andcreativity of students
