Abstract :
Participative management is a relatively new type of management, which together withrecognizing the importance of the workforce, is trying to seek solutions for the activepresence of the collective personnel in the organization.in recent years this concept which inone way based on solid views any, studied, and in another aspact ,is benefiting frompragmatic and useful methods ,has been adapted by many organizations with activities inproduction .based on this ,services and administrative fields, with successful results inincrease the level of effectiveness. Whether or not the organization is under study. has beenimplementing the participative management.And in what level; and if so, whether or not the participative management has any effect onthe employee`s elevation of effectiveness with the attention to the fact that the objectivefor this research is to observe the role of participative management in the organization,effectiveness, in order to achieve that, the "statistical research" method has-been used. thewhole body of personnel at "culture" radio network , have been studied in this researchingaddition to qualitative statistics which have been used to explain the research variations,tolerance statistics which are being used in this study are as follows spaceman bondagemultiplier test) in order to observe the relation among variations (two statement test)inorder to study the presence or participative management and the effectiveness of workforcein the organization the Friedman analyses variance test(in order to observe the importanceto the command measures in participative management and the effectiveness theexperimental results from the two statements test explain that participative managementand effectiveness of the workforce in the organization under study, has been practiced inlow level.
