Reviewing the effective factors in increasing the level of public culture

Abstract :
In this article, in order to indicate the country’s Islamic culture andguidance managers’ point of view on the effective factors in increasingthe public culture, first, a definition of public culture is presented, andthen the characteristics of public culture and the paradigms of studying itare described. Afterwards, as studying methods of public culture areintroduced, its goals, the investigations and questions on it are explained,and the results from the analysis of the data of the questionnairesdistributed among the country’s cultural managers are described as well.According to the results from this analysis, first, the effectiveness of eachof the cultural, social, religious, political and economical factors inincreasing the public culture is identified. At the end the effective factorof each of these factors is described.
