Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture dimensions and creativity of Bojnourd education and training staff. The statistical population of this study is 155 employees in all education staff of Bojnourd city, 110 of them are according to Krejcie and Morgan (1970) Based on the random sampling method. The present study is a applied research method and is a descriptive-survey method of correlation type. The research tool was from two questionnaires, Denison's organizational culture (1983), and Randsip's Crew Standards Reduction Questionnaire (1979). The validity of the content of the questionnaires was confirmed by the university professors and their reliability was 0.81 and 0.90 respectively using Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, t, Fisher test and stepwise regression It turned out Results show that there is a meaningful and direct relation between organizational culture and creativity of staff (P <0.01). Among the components of organizational culture, only the relation between components of participatory culture and bureaucratic culture with employee creativity is significant (P <0.01) And the relationship between the components of the culture of flexibility and mission culture with the creativity of the staff was non-normative (P≤0.01).
