Investigating the effect of training on productivity of agricultural mechanization staff and organizational performance in Qazvin Agricultural Jihad Organization

Abstract :
Mostafa Poorseyed M.Sc, Department of Biosystems Engineering, Takestan Branch, Islamic Azad University, Takestan, Iran Abstract Human capital strengthens the competitive advantage resulting from the efforts of individuals and, as a result, the success of their organizations. Therefore, effective management of human resources and training can be new fields for gaining competitive advantage of organizations. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of training on the consequences of human resources, employee productivity, and also on the organizational performance of the employees of the agricultural mechanization department of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Qazvin province. The type of study was a cross-sectional type that was conducted in the summer of 1401 in the organization of agricultural jihad in Qazvin province. The research population was all the personnel working in the Jihad Agricultural Organization and city administrations who were employed in various managerial and expert positions related to agricultural mechanization. The research tool in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 40 five-point Likert questions. Factor analysis method was used to investigate the effect of training variable on employee productivity and organizational performance. In this research, eight factors of job productivity, job discipline, use of information resources, promotion of organizational responsibility, teamwork, suitability of job activities with job description, problem-solving ability and ability to analyze alternative problems were 40 questions. They were letters. The effect of organizational training on these factors was investigated, and for this purpose, the ranking of the eight factors was used using Friedman's test method. The results showed that the greatest impact of employee training was on employee job productivity, promotion of organizational responsibility, job discipline, organization performance, fault finding ability, appropriateness of job activities with job description and teamwork. organization performance, fault finding power, appropriateness of job activities.
