Design and construction of ambiance parameters measuring and Control system in poultry

Abstract :
Use of automation due to the high cost of buying the device and installation expertise of the use of automation system is not affordable for small units. Therefore, these units have low productivity due to the use of automation. In this research, needs assessments device, designed and manufactured that in addition to increasing productivity, in economic terms for units with low capacity (ten thousand) justification is possible. The device is made of two parts, a part of indoor plants will be installed and the electrical cabinet door. The parameters Indoor ammonia, carbon dioxide, weight, temperature and humidity measurement and RS485protocol information is sent to the second part. The second part of the submitted information processing, control, display and store. Once the design and construction of the Qazvin province in the hall Agriculture Poultry Training Centre were assessed. All parameters measured in ten-minute interval was recorded. While the existing equipment in the hall by changing measurement parameters is permanent and its impact on other parameters were measured by the device carefully.
