Temperature parameters and hot air movement speed are the main effective factors in corn drying process. The research parameters included drying at a constant temperature of 40, 50, 60 and 70 degrees Celsius and two-stage temperature. In two-stage drying, drying was done at 70 degrees and after one hour, the temperature was changed to 50 and 60 degrees, and its effect on the time and rate of corn drying was studied. The results showed that the effects of two-stage temperature changes on the time and rate of corn drying were significant at the probability level of 1%. Two-stage temperature can reduce drying time by 20% compared to constant temperature.
