Evaluation of Energy Indices in Qazvin Dairy Farms using Data Envelopment Analysis Abstract: Study to assess the energy consumption of dairy farms in various parts of the province of Qazvin. Energy inputs , including fuel , animal feed, electricity , manpower and equipment and Energy output includes the amount of milk produced in farms. The total input energy 02/38985484 MJ and the total energy output 04/25563477 MJ. The results showed that the highest share of energy consumption to produce milk dairies in Qazvin province , the energy feed as defined in4/24386842 MJ energy production is consumed. After most of the energy consumption of animal feed energy into electricity (electricity ) that is 04/7609461 MJ of energy. The amount of milk produced in farms studied4/6647804 liters and The number of calves born alive and well studied in cattle is 739 head. The energy for milk production 0/65 , energy efficiency 0/17 MJ/kg and net energy surplus 98/13422006- MJ. Analysis of farm data by using data envelopment analysis was performed with the CCR. The 20 farms studied , 6 had 100% performance and 14 units were inefficient You can determine how much these units must reduce their input has become an effective unit.
