Abstract :
Nanotechnology is understanding and applying the new properties of materials and systems in less than a micrometer dimension (between 1-100 nm) that exhibit new physical effects. In this study, Copper nano particles in size of 60 nanometer dispensed in a litter oil with 10W40 grade by mechanical stirrer and ultrasound waves in 20000 ppm and added to Behran 10W40 oil of engine of Peugeot pars 1800 cc as additive in amount of 100 cc, 200 cc and 300 cc and compression pressure, emission and fuel consumption in city and road was studied. Results showed by using of nano oil, compression pressure of cylinder 18.18% increased and fuel consumption decreased 15.66% and 20.06% in city and road, respectively. Results of pollution test showed Copper nano oil had significant effect on oxygen and carbon monoxide decoration and carbon dioxide increased and had no significant effect on unburned hydrocarbons gas
