Abstract :
Today, organizations pay special attention to their employees. In today's business environment, employees are considered the heart of the organization. The agriculture and food sector is also facing new challenges to reduce food losses and waste throughout its supply chain. The present study was designed and implemented with the aim of providing a model for developing a circular economy in organizations, taking into account strategic thinking The present study is applied in terms of purpose and has been conducted using a mixed method, which is qualitative and quantitative. The tool used to identify the development of the circular economy in organizations, taking into account strategic thinking, was semi-structured interviews along with document review.
According to the results of the present study, it was determined that the variables affecting the development of the circular economy in organizations, taking into account strategic thinking, include strengthening individual skills, employee development, process design, organizational maturity, specialized knowledge, management flows, strategic alignment, and organizational socialization.
he strategic alignment factor with a weight of 0.237 was identified as the most important factor in the development of the circular economy in organizations, taking into account strategic thinking. Therefore, the circular economy can provide a serious basis for improving performance by improving human resources systems in the organization and improving the human condition.
