The Impact of In-Service Training Aspects on Solving Organizational Problems

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to assess the impact of in-service training aspects on solving organizational problems. This was an applied type research goal and descriptive method was used. The statistical population of the study included 122 agents of Ilam province; sampling was selected through a census. The study was done by survey research and data were collected by the questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was tested by a panel of extension and rural development of Razi University. Cronbach’s alpha was used to estimate reliability of the questionnaire (82%). The findings revealed that the mean of solving organizational problems by in-service training was 72.3 and more than the middle value, as well as variables of improving job knowledge and skill, job satisfaction, and understanding the new science have explained around 59% of the variance of solving organizational problems
