Abstract :
This article aims to present and explain a technology transfer model using a sharing economy approach. Employing grounded theory methodology, data were collected through interviews with 21 managers and experts in technology transfer and sharing economy, selected via purposeful sampling, until theoretical saturation was achieved. The validity of the research data was confirmed through follow-ups with participants and external auditors. Data analysis was conducted using the Strauss and Corbin model, involving open, axial, and selective coding in Atlas TI8 software. The results revealed a paradigm model comprising causal conditions (feasibility, sharing effect, circle of needs, circle of influence, compatibility), contextual conditions (economic needs, technology characteristics, structural infrastructure), intervening conditions (software infrastructures, human platforms, needs of technology transfer actors, qualitative infrastructures), strategies (communication, functional, infrastructural, social analysis), and consequences (collaborative infrastructures, technology transfer models, networks, business and lifestyle impacts). The main phenomenon identified is technology transfer through the sharing economy approach, encompassing sharing economy and technology transfer models.
