Abstract :
The distinguished and belletristic text of the holy Quran contains every aspect of eloquence and oratory in the Arabic language. Moreover, imagery, as the most active component in literary texts, has a very wide and targeted use in the Holy Quran. Depictions created in the Holy Quran are mostly at the service of great religious targets. The special methods of the Holy Quran in creating depictions, surpassing simple fictions, and creating original images have made the Holy Quran be artistically years ahead of its time. Recognizing and understanding the meanings in the images of the Holy Quran is a way to enter the subjective world of this work and discover the beauty and truth in it. The Holy sura (Chapter) of "Yousof" is one of the clearest manifestations of 'lyrical genre' literature that has been shaped as a narrative; therefore, it is a suitable milieu for the appearance of varied imagery. Depictions in this sura are mostly based on association, initiation of ideas, and suggestions beyond rhetorical relations of illustrative elements which has caused the semantic enrichment and the beauty of this text.
