Abstract :
Limited managerial resources and impossibility of allocating all of them to production processes increased the necessity of selecting the appropriate product manufactured in the industrial companies. This selection should also be done in truck manufacturing factories Because of the growth rate of product selection alternatives used by major companies and also the competition between the rivals in this industry the number of product selection criteria is increased. The aim of this paper is recognizing and prioritizing the main evaluation criteria in the truck manufacturing companies which have done in the Saipa Diesel Company as the case. The research methodology from aim view is applicable and from the information, the collection view is surveyed which is performed with the questionnaire distributed between the Saipa Diesels’managers of research and development departments. In this research, at first internal and external organization factors are recognized, then product selection and evaluation criteria's extracted and finally it is prioritized with Fuzzy ANP model. The results of this research show that cost and customer's satisfaction have the most priorities among the criteria of product selection.
