Abstract :
The continent of Africa, with its unique characteristics and potential as well as economic capacities, has become a land for the presence of powerful and important countries, and according to the foreign policy of the United Arab Emirates and the urgent need of the African continent for new technologies. and the production of science, the influence of J.A. in the African continent, the development of Iran's influence in the African continent through the development of economic, political, cultural and educational diplomacy. Also, this continent has unique geopolitical, geocultural, and geoeconomic characteristics. And geostrategic has become a vast playground for other countries, especially powerful, large and emerging countries, and has a special place in the eyes of regional and global powers, so that many politicians and geopolitical theorists have called the current century the century of the African continent. On the other hand, one of the regions that has a special place in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran since the victory of the Islamic Revolution is the African continent, and considering the capacities and divine gifts in the African continent, the African continent should be used in the potential of Africa in Make the most of it to meet your needs and interests. According to the descriptive and analytical method, this research seeks to answer the question of what are the factors influencing the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the African continent? The author believes that during the last fourteen decades, the axis of the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan has mostly been European and American countries and to some extent some Asian countries such as China and Russia, and despite the fact that the potential capacities in the African continent Iran's foreign policy apparatus.
