Abstract :
The explanation of political participation in the Qur'an depends on the explanation of its principles and components in the Islamic perspective. Nik is clear that there are different approaches and approaches in this field as well as in other political fields. The desired approach of the research is an approach that is called political and functional participation (maximum conditional) and believes in the simultaneous and effective inclusion of religious components and popular components in the creation and consistency of the religious state (in the Quranic perspective). The question is, what are the concepts and elements of the ideal theory of political participation in the Qur'an, which is the default form of political participation and agency (maximum conditional)? The hypothesis of the article, based on the method of thematic interpretation, seeks to answer this question and find the assumptions of this approach in subjects such as the realm of religion, the relationship between religion and politics, and religion and the state, human dignity, human caliphate, political pluralism and political freedom. The results of the chosen research approach to the comprehensiveness of religion and the Quran in the context of the realm of moderation and comprehensiveness of sources; In the interweaving of religion and politics, the inherent dignity of human beings, which leads to the acceptance of caliphate, is questionable; Political pluralism means plurality in unity from the Islamic point of view in the framework of the legalities of the religious system;
