Abstract :
The purpose of the current research is to compile and validate the educational package to strengthen cognitive/characteristic creativity. This study was a sequential exploratory mixed research. In the qualitative part of the theme analysis based on the method of Brown and Clark (2007) and in the quantitative part of the combined research method (mixed qualitative and quantitative) and to check the expert and content validity of the training package, the expert agreement of the experts was used using Cohen's Kappa coefficient. became. The statistical sample in the qualitative section includes 41 sources in the field of creativity that were selected purposefully. The population of the quantitative section also included all female students of the first secondary school in the 5th district of Tehran in the academic year of 1402-1403. 5 experts were used in a targeted manner to check the validity of the content of the compiled package. Data collection was done by semi-structured interview method. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis method. Based on the results in the compilation of the training package for strengthening cognitive/characteristic creativity, four general basic themes including the nature of creativity (cognitive flexibility, originality, usefulness and fluidity); characteristics of creative people (openness, innovativeness, changeability, interactiveness, risk-taking, thinking, activeness and high motivation); Cognitive creativity (readiness, latentness, insight and revision) and personality creativity (extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness) were identified.
