:Abstract
The creative industry is a concept that correlates creativity, culture, economy, and technology in which images, sounds, texts, and symbols are dominant. Iranian handicrafts are considered one of the areas actively increasing creativity in creative industries which has been able to market more creative products in recent years. This study aims to investigate the handicraft workshops' operation in achieving innovative ideas considering creative industries. Therefore, the main question is, "Do the handicraft workshops' operations overlap the dominant conditions in innovative industries to achieve innovative ideas?" The study was conducted using the qualitative and deterministic comparative analysis methods. The statistical population includes 24 handicraft workshops selected non-randomly and purposefully from various zones of Iran. After collecting the data in questionnaires from these workshops, the findings were analyzed using the Boolean statistical analysis method. The results revealed that these workshops consistently possess three conditions: "privileging the initial idea," "using cultural resources," and "utilizing social networks." Lack of "marketing knowledge", "management knowledge" and "financial knowledge", although it can be responsible for the creative performance of handicrafts producers in the short term, but in the long term, due to the high competition prevailing in social network markets, it will lead to reproducibility in handicraft works
