Abstract :
he purpose of the present study was to provide a game-based learning model with a problem-solving approach for elementary school principals with the Meta-synthesis method and the application of the seven-step approach of Sandelowski et al (2007).The research community includes all articles published between 2010 and 2024 in English and Persian; Therefore, 61 articles were selected by purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis was the technique of creating a classification of the findings by using step-by-step coding of index, cat The validity of the research results was confirmed by the reviewed colleagues and the agreement value was 0.80 for the indicators and 0.90 for the components.ctegory and component discovery. The qualitative results showed 92 indicators and 17 categories, which led to the discovery of a classification-process pattern. The classification structure of the model included five components of problem formulation, problem analysis, problem solving, characteristics and achievements, and the process structure of the model paid attention to the relationships between the components as processes, so that the characteristics component has the role of input; The components of problem formulation, problem analysis and problem solving had the role of process and the component of achievements had the role of output. The validity of the research results was confirmed by the reviewed colleagues and the agreement value was 0.80 for the indicators and 0.90 for the components; therefore, it can be said that the game-based learning model with a problem-solving approach is valid for school administrators; therefore, it can be used to design training courses for elementary school principals.
