Identifying factors on family resilience in the Iranian melodrama cinema industry

Abstract :
Movies of the melodrama genre can play an essential role in improving couples' relationships. Life undergoes many changes every day and every second, and the family must accept these changes in a positive way. Movies of the melo-drama genre makes families face these changes in a positive way and teach people ways to accept these changes, and actually people, by watching the movie and the events they see in the story of the movie, find ways to learn how to accept fundamental changes positively. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting family resilience in the Iranian melodrama cinema industry in seven films About Eli, Nader's separation from Simin, Blue Scarf, Narges, Sara, Leila, Second Woman. The attempt was made to analyze the seven movies in question, selected by purposeful sampling, using the qualitative content analysis method. Thus, in this research, after the qualitative review of the films identified by experts, which was done based on coding, the perception of individual competence, tolerance of negative emotions, positive acceptance of change, control, and spirituality as factors on family resilience in the Iran's melodrama cinema industry was identified.
