Develop strategies to improve the quality of dilapidated urban neighborhoods in the framework of the sustainable development approach with emphasis on socio-cultural considerations (Case study: Shiraz-Keshlan neighborhood)

Abstract :
Background and Objective: The present study is applied in terms of purpose because in this research, using the analytical model of the research, the components, criteria and indicators of reproduction to improve the quality of social and cultural dimensions were determined and identified.
Material and Methodology: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and analytical-descriptive in terms of data collection method and is of survey type. In this research, the data collection method is divided into two categories of objectivity and subjectivity. To collect data objectively, a questionnaire and interviews with officials and field perceptions were used, and to measure citizens' mentality towards environmental issues, a questionnaire was used. Used using standard scale (validity and reliability). Spss and Excel software were used to analyze the data. Then, through the SWOT strategic strategy, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the study area are identified and then, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model, the SWOT factors are weighted and the top strategies are considered according to prioritization. Weight is obtained and finally the necessary strategies to improve and optimize the worn tissue are presented.
Findings: Strategies for compiling a written document for the construction of memorial elements, open spaces and green spaces with appropriate urban furniture, with a score of 2.93. Developing a program with the participation of residents and the municipality to collect construction waste and with a score of 2.52 Mandi has gained more importance and value from the necessary financial budget for the participation of non-governmental organizations in the process of repairing and rehabilitating dilapidated buildings in the neighborhood with a score of 2.09. Quality indicators of access to traffic routes with a weight of 0.460 Commercial service quality index with a weight of 0.750, building size quality index with a weight of 0.334 and indoor quality quality with a weight of 0.304 have gained the most necessary weight.
Discussion and Conclusion: The results of the analysis show that most of the problems are in the open and green space and this issue indicates the importance of planning in this field.
