Abstract :
n order to achieve their HSE goals, organizations are required to design and develop processes related to HSE components in a single system. The purpose of this study is to present the HSE management model of sports complexes in Tehran by taking advantage of the overlap of environmental pollutants and the use of the system. It is geographic information. The current research method is mixed (quantitative-qualitative) and is systematic in terms of analytical structure and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population was identified and collected in two qualitative and quantitative sections in the qualitative section by conducting 17 semi-structured interviews. The interviews of experts were done systematically (based on the Foundation's data method) and coded. In the quantitative part of all the sports complexes in Tehran, 136 sports complexes have been investigated in the form of a total number, which was checked by superimposing the layers of sports complexes and the indicator pollutants of the condition of the complexes with the geographic information system (GIS). The results showed that In the quantitative part of the survey of 136 sports complexes, 53 sports complexes overlap with particulate pollutants. Sulfur dioxide and coarse particles are respectively the three pollutants that have the most overlap with sports complexes, and in the quantitative part, 66 primary codes and 16 open codes. and 6 selected codes were considered for the health and environmental management model. Considering that the air pollution overlaps with sports complexes in the city of Tehran, the model of safety and environmental health management (HSE) Sports help how they can reduce negative environmental impacts on sports and respond responsibly to changing environmental conditions while maintaining a balance of quality operations.
