Abstract :
hardiness and resilience among young investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research method is quasi-experimental with a pre-test/post-test design and a control group. The statistical population of the present study includes all young active investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the summer of 2022. Based on the research purpose and imposed limitations, purposive sampling was used. Interested participants in the study were identified, and 40 individuals were randomly selected and then randomly assigned into two groups of 20: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received training in investment techniques, while the control group entered the stock market without undergoing the training course. To measure resilience, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003) was used, and to assess psychological hardiness, the Kobasa Hardiness Questionnaire with the components of control, commitment, and challenge was employed. The questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS software, and the results were presented. The findings of this study indicated that training in investment techniques increases the level of resilience and psychological hardiness among young investors.
