Impact of Artificial intelligence capabilities & Entrepreneurial Orientation on the market performance of knowledge-based companies with mediating role of Competitive Advantage

Abstract :
Artificial intelligence is a branch of science and technology that has been used effectively in various fields for decades and has now become an essential part of organizational and business practices as one of the leading technologies of the current era.This research is conducted with the aim of explaining the effect of artificial intelligence capabilities & entrepreneurial orientation on market performance with the mediating role of competitive advantage in knowledge-based companies in Tehran. The research method is based on the objective, applied, and in terms of the method of doing the work, descriptive survey and the statistical population of the research is the employees and managers of knowledge-based companies in Tehran and the sample size was selected using the Cochran formula of 384 people using available sampling. A questionnaire tool was used to collect the research data and distributed among the sample size after confirming the validity and reliability. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software were used to test the research hypotheses and the results indicate that artificial intelligence capabilities & entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage and market performance, and the effect of competitive advantage on market performance was also confirmed. Finally, the Sobel test determined that competitive advantage has a mediating role in the effect of artificial intelligence capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation on the market performance of knowledge-based companies in Tehran. Also, at the end, suggestions have been presented in line with the results of the research.
