Explaining the elements of evaluating the performance of effective schools and presenting an optimal model with a data-based approach

Abstract :
Background: Improving educational quality and ensuring students' success requires accurate identification and analysis of the effective factors of effective school performance evaluation. The use of hybrid models that can cover different dimensions of this evaluation is of particular importance.
Purpose: This research is based on the combined approach of foundation data.
Methods: The research population in the data section of the foundation included 15 experts up to theoretical saturation, and the statistical population of the quantitative section consisted of principals of elementary school in Tehran in 1402-1401, who were selected by stratified random sampling method, 295 people.
Findings: The results of the research showed that the research paradigm model of causal factors, including physical and technological factors, ensuring environmental health, guaranteeing the individual health of students; The central phenomenon includes active actors and the process of remembering and learning; background conditions including components and elements of performance evaluation; The intervening conditions include the principles and values of the effective school and educational organizations and policymakers, the effective strategy on the functional evaluation of the effective schools, including the preparation of the preparations for the implementation of the evaluation, as well as the consequences of the functional evaluation of the effective schools, including the acquisition of scientific and practical achievements.
Conclusion: The presented model, as a tool for evaluating the performance of effective schools in Tehran, can help to improve the teaching and learning process.
