Designing the wisdom building model in the country's higher education system

Abstract :

Purpose: The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a judicial model in the country's higher education system.

Method: The foundation's inductive research and data theorizing strategy. The statistical population was experts, opinion owners and decision makers of the higher education system and professors in the field of educational management, who were selected as the sample size using the principle of saturation and the snowball sampling method. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to collect data. In order to obtain credit, long-term engagement and continuous observation and review by the participants have been used. In order to confirm the reliability, the Kappa coefficient was used to calculate the agreement coefficient between the two coders, and its value was 0.692. Data analysis was done using Max Kyuda software.

Results: The results show the extraction of 298 open codes in the form of 16 components and 6 categories. Of these, 3 components are related to the causal factor’s category, 3 components are related to the central category, 4 components are related to the strategy’s category, 2 components are related to the consequence’s category, 2 components are related to the context category and 2 components are related to the category. The context was identified, which includes the judicial model in the higher education system.

Conclusion: According to the findings, it is of great importance for the higher education system to design measures and indicators related to legalization and its development.
