Designing and validating the teacher training and professional development model based on the entrepreneurial approach

Abstract :
purpose: The purpose of the present study was to formulate a model of professional education and development of teachers based on an entrepreneurial approach. Method: The current research uses a mixed exploratory approach in two qualitative and quantitative phases, in which the qualitative part of the theme analysis method and in the quantitative part of descriptive survey analysis are used. The statistical population includes all the professors of Farhangian University, State University, Azad Shahrekord, and the sample size was saturated by interviewing 15 people. The measurement tool was a semi-structured interview. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data based on the grand theory approach. Results: The findings showed that, based on six curriculum elements derived from qualitative data, including: logic, purpose, content, educational strategy, educational materials, and evaluation, and the model resulting from the interview, in the main area of "logic" includes: helping to Developing students' skills, helping to develop teachers' skills, helping society, identifying opportunities; The main area in "goals" includes: knowledge development of teachers, development of teachers' individual skills; The main area in "content" includes: theoretical (knowledge) content, skill content, content based on the global method. Conclusion: creativity and entrepreneurship in education is a direct product of the quality of programs, methods, activities and teaching-learning processes and as much as quantitative expansion is necessary for the decision of education and upbringing and providing the basis for the development of talents. attention and emphasis on quality is also vital for the emergence and cultivation of creativity and entrepreneurship among teachers.
