Abstract :

:Abstract

The most important factor in achieving development goals in any country is the existence of financial resources. Project financing is one of the important and practical means of providing financial resources. In project financing, it is necessary to stablish an independent legal institution under the name of project company (SPV). In this research, the financing of a project in the petrochemical industry, with considering Sanctions, has been investigated and researched using a mixed method based on Grounded theory. Strauss and Corbin have studied and investigated the basic data theory processing and theorizing based on data collection, in which concepts and categories are formed around a basic and basic paradigm, and with the thematic context of the research, it is fundamentally paradigmatic in nature. Data, concepts and categories have formed the main dimensions of the data base theory for this research. In this research, categories are categorized into five main categories, including causal conditions, background conditions (dominant), intervening conditions, strategies and consequences, in order to interpret the meaning of factors influencing financing on the one hand and export development (removal of sanctions) in the Petrochemical industry, on the other hand, has been examined based on the narratives and experiences of university, banking and petrochemical experts and managers. Conclusion: Adopting a strategy based on project financing shows the effectiveness of project financing due to the ease of this method and its current use in many countries, and it attracts investment and export development in the petrochemical industry in the conditions of sanctions.
