Abstract :

 

The most important and prominent manifestation of inequality is in equal distribution of incomes, and inequality among people at the same level is the most annoying of them. Especially when two people perform a specific action in the same way, but the return of the result is different for them, and its effects are unbearable in the medium and long term. A clear example of this issue is the customization carried out by the Social Security Organization in 2019, in which the contribution of pensioners to the social fund was not taken into account, and as there was no exact proportionality between the contributions of individuals and the first determined pension, in the implementation of customization, the same the procedure is repeated again. Therefore, writing the article with the belief that the implemented method does not correspond much with general legal principles and the basis of performance is not based on facts but in the direction of ease and simplification. The next steps are to consider the principle of equal pay for equal work.
