The impact of the Islamic revolution on Iran's economic diplomacy towards the Eurasian Union

Abstract :
In the new economic diplomacy after the victory of the revolution, the oriental approach plays a key role. In this article, we have collected data using the qualitative method and within the framework of the modern regionalism theory, and we have used descriptive and analytical methods. This article aims to identify the approach of economic diplomacy after the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution, emphasizing Iran's relations with the Eurasian Union. In this research, we are looking for an answer to the question whether the approach of economic diplomacy after the Islamic revolution and then Iran's membership in the Eurasian Union was able to be effective in securing national interests, improving the economic status and improving the economic situation. The new economic diplomacy, the orientalist approach plays a key role, among the examples of this approach is Iran's effort to join various unions, including the Eurasian Economic Union. The results of this research show that after the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution and in the current situation, economic diplomacy is the most effective approach to improve the position of the world economy, and also the tariff reduction contracts and benefiting from the privileges of entering the free trade market of Iran with the Eurasian Economic Union can Goodness has created in reducing the effect of sanctions, strengthened its relations with the aforementioned union, and Iran can manage its economy in this way.
