Abstract :
One of the controversial cases is the crimes committed in Myanmar, which include crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes. This article seeks to investigate the crimes committed in Myanmar and regional approaches based on the political thought of the Supreme Leader. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and data collection is also in the form of data collection. The method of conducting the research was qualitative And the findings of the research indicate that the severity of the crimes committed in Myanmar is such that, according to the opinions of the political thinkers of the countries, especially the Supreme Leader, the solution to deal with it is the practical action of the countries and the political and economic pressure on the Myanmar government and the entry of organizations It claims human rights and the organization of the conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the reaction of the International Criminal Court to try and punish the perpetrators of these crimes.
