Abstract :
Many natural phenomena in contemporary literature have taken a symbolic form and have served to express poets' thoughts in an artistic form. In contemporary Persian and Arabic literature, "palm" is a symbol of stability, originality, and pride. In addition to the Holy Qur'an, hadiths and narrations in which palm concepts are used a lot, they are also used a lot in the poems of contemporary Persian and Arabic poets. Among contemporary Arab poets, we can mention Ezzeddin Manasera, whose poems often use the palm tree as a symbol of sustainability and a figurative concept. In his poetry, the palm tree is sometimes used as a symbol of a martyr, sometimes as a symbol of a resistant Arab, etc. It seems that political and social concerns and love for the homeland; There is no effect in the poems of this poet. According to the need, and based on the characteristics of his native culture, the poet gave life to the natural phenomenon of the palm tree, and made it as an element of resistance and epic.
