Effect of Green human resource management on Green supply chain management: Moderating role of Top management commitment

Abstract :
Social concerns customer demands, and pressure from government regulations have led organizations to look at environmental issues, and the green view of management issues. Green management of human resources and the supply chain are important issues in management. Greening the entire organization is a program for the organization, and the success of organizational programs requires a commitment of top management. Therefore, in this study, we seek to examine the green relationship between human resource management and supply chain management along with the role of moderating the commitment of the organization's senior management. The present study is a descriptive research with applied objectives and according to the study of the relationships between several variables of correlation type. A questionnaire was used to collect information. The statistical population of the furniture industry is the random sample size of 170. The data collected and tested the hypotheses were analyzed based on structural modeling by SPSS and PLS. The results showed that the five variables of green human resource management including development and training, empowerment, pay and rewards, performance management and recruitment have a positive effect on green supply chain management and the commitment of top managers moderates these effects.
