Abstract :
Organizational culture in the oil industry and especially in the petrochemical industry often becomes an issue among employees in the face of culture in achieving job satisfaction. The important issue is that the way such a situation is managed can turn it into an opportunity or a threat in the "organizational culture"of the petrochemical industry.Therefore, based on the conducted investigations, it was determined that the qualitative improvement of organizational culture in the oil and petrochemical industries has a paradigm model.The current research is based on a qualitative approach. The SIP model has been used in the qualitative approach, and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview that was conducted with 17 experts and specialists using the snowball sampling method. The analysis of data was conducted in three stages and the qualitative model of the research was extracted from the mental patterns and opinions of people. The results showed that the oil industry needs a continuous and more conscious approach to create an organizational culture in order to organize its short-term, medium-term and long-term plans and prepare itself to face the market full of evolution and competition,and the probability of success and the coefficient of sustainability in increase the marke.
