Abstract :
Ethics and ethical behaviors in the workplace are a wave of serious attention in most societies of the world in the early third millennium to moral values among thinkers and experts in various fields of science such as sociology, psychology, anthropology and even experimental and medical sciences. He has done a lot of research. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of ethics on the relationship between entrepreneurial innovation and internationalization and to expect entrepreneurial growth and its consequences. The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose and samples have been selected from senior managers of manufacturing companies in Golestan province. The research data were evaluated by a collection questionnaire and using structural equation modeling to estimate the parameters of the research model. Findings show that ethics affects the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurial internationalization. In addition, ethics influences the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurial growth expectations.
