Abstract :
Entrepreneurship has been the driving force of economic activities that need to be financed. Institutional quality (corruption control and trust) and financing have always been serious issues for entrepreneurs to start a business and develop entrepreneurship. This study examines the interactive effect of corruption control and financing as well as the interactive effect of trust and financing on entrepreneurship development in selected Mena countries (Algeria, Iran, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey and Iraq) during the period ( 2019-2005), has been paid. The research method is descriptive and the data were obtained from the Global Entrepreneurship Watch, the World Database and UNESCO, and the panel data approach was used to estimate the models. Cross-sectional dependence and variance heterogeneity tests as well as F-Limer and Hausmann tests for choosing between least squares methods were performed by fixed effects method or random effects and the model was confirmed by fixed effects method. The results show that institutional quality and funding sources have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship development. Therefore, the development of institutional quality reform can affect the development of entrepreneurship.
