Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to design a model of the performance management of nursery school carers in the central region of Iran, including Isfahan, Yazd and Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari provinces, which was done by qualitative research method and its kind of analysis, By identifying and categorizing categories and themes, from the interview data, a number of components were obtained from managerial performance management that included five components and general categories in the form of a paradigmatic model including individual factors and factors, Organizational conditions and factors regarding the work and activity of coaches: (rules and regulations, organizational structure and culture, financial privileges and rights), conditions and performance of officials, strategy for improving the performance of coaches: (software strategy for issues of freedom and independence of child care centers) and hardware strategy (creating coaching centers for development), outcomes and outcomes (intra-organizational: learning process-learning, Outside the organization: responding to the needs of society), how and The performance management process of nursery school educators (in Isfahan, Yazd and Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari provinces) and the relationships between different dimensions and components of it are reflected.
