Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between spiritual intelligence and business attitude in students. The statistical population consisted of all students of Management and Accounting Department in Velayat University, numbered 500. 217 students were selected as research sample using Morgan table. Spiritual intelligence (King & Deccico, 2009) and business attitude (Aution et al., 1998) standard questionnaires were used to collect data. This applied research is in descriptive-survey type. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires. In order to confirm the research model, the Structural Equation Modelling was used and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Pearson Correlation test and Stepwise Regression in SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 software were applied for analyzing the data. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and business attitude. It was also confirmed that there was a significant positive relationship between all aspects of spiritual intelligence and attitude to business; and among the four dimensions of spiritual intelligence, "Existential Critical Thinking" plays a role in explaining students' attitude to business.
