Abstract :
This study aimed to evaluate the effects of prebiotic Immunoster on growth and nutrition performance, survival rate and body composition and intestine bacterial flora of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fingerlings. 15 fish with initial weight 12 + 1 g distributed in 12 tanks and fed with different dietary levels of prebiotic (0.5, 1.5, 2.5 g/kg diet) for 60 days. At the end of experimental period, growth factors such as (BWI, BWI% , SGR, CF), nutrition factors, such as (FCR, PER), body composition indices such as (Moisture, Ash, Lipid, Protein) and total account of intestinal bacteria and amount of lacto bacillus were measured. Based on the results, the treatment fed 1.5 g/ kg prebiotic, has the most BWI, BWI% and PER (p< 0.05). But his prebiotic had no significant effect on survival rate, the lacto bacillus count and the body composition (p> 0.05). The results showed that prebiotic Immunoster can be effective on growth and nutrition performance.
