Abstract :
This study evaluated the effects of various dietary levels of Maros nigra's powder on some immune factors and blood parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus my kiss). 320 fish with average initial weight 75 + 0.01 g randomly distributed in 12 tanks and fed by 0, 20, 40, and 60 ppm additive powder for 8 weeks. The results showed that the treatments, which fed more additive powder, had the most ALP enzyme activity and total protein ( p< 0.05). Also the treatments which fed additive powder showed significant differences with control in RBC and WBC contents ( p< 0.05). The most content of Glucose and Cholesterol were observed in control and the treatments which fed additive powder had the less content of these factors (p < 0.05). Also significant differences in total protein were observed between the treatments and the control (p < 0.05). In conclusion, results showed Moras nigra's dietary powder benefit for blood factors of rainbow trout.
