Abstract :
In order to determine the biodiversity, abundance and distribution of the fish species of the Dinorab river, at least 3 stations were set. Samples were gathered seasonally and identified by valid identification keys, up to species. In this study 19 fish species including 4 families (Cyprinidae, Nemacheilide, Cobitide, and Poeciliidae) were gathered which belonged to Osterichthys superclass and Actinopterygii class Also 9 genus of Cyprinidae family which including ( Cyprinion, Gara, Chondrostoma, Capoeta, Barbus, Alburnoides, Alburnus), and 3 species of Nemacheilidae family (Onynemaheilus kerman shahensis, O. Kiabi and Oxynemacheilus sp.) were identified. Also the Cobitis sp. As a genus of Cobitidae family and Gambasia holbrooki as a species of poeciliidae family were identified. 5 of these species have economic value, 12 of them have sport fisheries value, 8 of t hem have aesthetical value and 15 of them have biological value.
