Abstract :
Abstract The present study with the aim of investigate the relationship between social vitality with the amount social responsibility firefighting personnel was conducted metropolis of Tabriz. For this purpose, Beginning the existing theories about social vitality and social responsibility were studied, Then using field study To check hypotheses Research Been paid. Research Methodology based on the objective,of Practical and based on the nature ,a correlational study and In terms of time is a cross-sectional study and a survey is time. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The population of the investigation are all Staff of the fire department Tabriz. According to the Cochran formula, The number of samples required is 234 Person of employees. In study is to present for Deliver results of the methods and descriptive statistics and for hypothesis testing t-test and Pearson correlation and Data analysis was performed with SPSS software. The results shows that Between the social vitality and social responsibilityTabriz fire staff, there is a significant relationship.
