Abstract :
Obesity stimulates the central nervous system. The present study aims to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of aerobic training with stevia extract on gene expression of semaphorin class 3 and plexin1, a2 and neuropilin 1 receptors in induced obese male rats. It is a diet.In this research, 35 male Wistar rats were tested with a high-fat diet for 12 weeks to induce obesity, and finally, 30 obese rats were randomly divided into 5 obese control groups. obese + stevia, obese + aerobic exercise and obese + stevia + aerobic exercise were divided. Aerobic exercises including 30 minutes of running per day, 8 meters per minute, 5 days per week for 12 weeks, and stevia extract with 250 milligrams per body weight (kg) is also added to the daily water intake. The results of the present study showed that induction of obesity caused a slight decrease in the expression of semaphorin a3 genes and their receptors such as plexus 1a and 2a, and after the interventions of aerobic exercise and stevia extract, this network reached the level of the control group. In relation to semaphorin e3 and its specific intake, a slight increase in obese compared to healthy control and their decrease after interventions were reported. Induction of obesity with a high-fat diet causes a slight decrease in semaphorin a3 and their receptors, and a slight decrease in semaphorin e3 and its receptor. Also, physical activities and stevia extract and its combination can lead to the return of this.
