Abstract :
Due to rapid changes in customer expectations, technology and globalization trends, organizations are no longer able to operate in isolation if they are to provide a variety of low price and high quality services to their customers. Today, active cooperation with suppliers is vital to meeting the customers' demands and boosting corporate performance in the form of a “Supply Chain”. The supply chain concept might be utilized to increase the integrity and efficiency of service processes. The application of services supply chain management might lead to reduce cost, enable response to customer needs, better use of resources and improve the efficiency of the process. Debt-based finance services are not exceptional and a supply chain model for relations between its various components hasn’t been yet developed as a new market in Iran.
Designing such a model for investigating all aspects of the financing involves intricate details and a lot of stakeholders. So development of such a holistic system depends on the participation of different actors. In this study, it has been applied Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) as a soft operational research technique in management. This is to create a model to describe the problem situation and identify its scope and structure. First, factors and key components were identified in different parts of the service chain through the literature review and interviews with experts. Then, the order and sequence of the key factors were determined based on the type of service. Finally, it was developed a debt-based finance service supply chain model through Iran’s capital market.
