Abstract :

As its famous among jurisconsults , assured and intimate only descent and not affine or foster. The point here is do legal sanguinity and extralegal have the same rules and laws? This point is important when we want perform penalty of killing about those who have done incest among sanguinities. Lack of canonical strict and briefness of law made this field a complicated issue and lots of different ideas. In this article we try to review any idea and its proofs. According to proofs accordant with Had penalty in this field, the best solution accordant with modern society is performance of killing penalty for incest with extralegal genealogy.
