Abstract :
Transexualism means change of female gender to male gender or change of male gender to female gender. The principles and the effects of transsexualism on person's religious matters are investigated according to shia'. In conclusion, the present gender of the person is the criterion for following religious matlers. The present matlers of the person is the criterion for following religious gender. If a person is changed to the femal gender, female's religious principles should be followed. Rgarding the positional principles, there are some rules.If the transsexual person got marrid, the previos marriage contract is null and invalid. Transsexualism from femal to male removes all female waitings and her husband has to pay her dowry; whether their sexual are before transsexualism or after it. If father or grandfather changes his gerander, it seems that his guardianship continues.When mother changes her gender to male, her guardianship and custody of her children will be invalid. After father's transsexualim, his paternity continues.
