Recognizing the "cultural stability" arising from the "civilizational hegemony" of Elam, in ancient Iranian governments

Abstract :

The Elamites were ethnically Iranian-born people who lived for more than two thousand years before the last century BC (3200-539 BC), in the north and east of the Khuzestan plain, and to some extent in parts of the western Iranian plateau. The necessity of this recognition for contemporary humans comes from the need to pay attention to the habitat of the Elamites in the Middle East and the Near East as one of the oldest civilization centers and human gatherings. It should be noted that there were strong cultural boundaries in these civilizations that were defined based on cultural spheres and areas, regardless of contemporary political boundaries. Accordingly, the main questions raised in this research are about the constructive factors of Elamite civilization, as well as the consolidation and dissemination of their culture. The method of identifying the answer to such a subject with a broad and interdisciplinary context in social archeology is a kind of use of the macro-research method. Accordingly, the historical research method has been used with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show the intelligent inheritance of the Elamites from the traditions of the non-Elamites, and the conscious use of the geographical, social, cultural, artistic, economic, military, and political capacities of the internal tribes and surrounding neighbors in their native civilization structures.
