Extraction, Isolation and Identification of Natural Compounds Found in the Essential Oil Cypress

Abstract :

The cypress species grows in warm temperate regions of the northern hemisphere.This genus contains 30 species of perennial around the world. A great variety of these forms, sizes and colors vary widely cultivated. A large number of known species has medicinal properties that is based on the contents of essential oil is used in traditional medicine. In this paper, the essence of the fruit of the cypress tree was extracted using distillation separation method. The natural compounds were identified using the FT IR and GC-MASS spectra.
