Abstract :

Risk assessment, risk identification process using systematic approaches to ensure the safety level of the process is essential. One of the steps to increase the level of safety in the chemical industry, assess the risks,such as the delivery and distribution of chemicals in the environment. Modeling of chemical hazards, including the chemical release, pollution of environment in a process of risk assessment is one of the most important steps. Modeling chemical release, fire and explosions are carried out by software such as PHAST. In this scenario, the release of material from the flange pipe with a diameter of 4 inches, LPG tank, Butane tank and its impact on the environment around the facility were evaluated
